From the carpark to the stage, Out of Doors is broadcasting live this week, from 麻豆约拍 at the Edinburgh Festivals.

This is a rare indoor appearance for Mark and Rachel, who will be hosting the show from Dynamic Earth, at the foot of Arthur鈥檚 Seat in Edinburgh.

They鈥檒l be joined on the sofa by a panel of some of Scotland鈥檚 most exciting outdoor adventurers:

Mark Beaumont, who holds the world record for fastest time circumnavigating the world on a bike - which he achieved in fewer than 80 days.

Anna Fleming, climber and writer, only just back from a intrepid trip to Chamonix, where she climbed Montblanc.

Judith Lamb, forager and chef, who has brought a selection of goodies foraged from the local radius.

And Iain Cameron, author and self-professed Snow Patch hunter.

We鈥檒l also have a lovely live audience of Out of Doors listeners, keen to brave the earliest of mornings to join us for an in person programme.
