Wheelchair user Amanda Harris tells Roy about her Coastal Challenge around Wales , raising money for Horatio's Garden which is designed for people with spinal injuries .
And Roy pays tribute to Dean Powell of Llantrisant , a very popular journalist , author and singer , who has sadly died . Dean was a member of the famous Treorchy Male Choir for many years and Roy's gem from the radio archive features Dean chatting about his book , A Royal Choir For Wales , that told the story of the fierce rivalry among Welsh choirs in the Victorian era .
