She plays some of her favourite sampled tracks from the 70s, and Moses Boyd talks sampling drums and the legendary Clyde Stubblefield of The J.B.'s. Also, DJ Yoda is live in the studio to talk about the art of sampling and then jump behind the 1210s for a very special Weekend Warm Up Mix with some of his favourite 70s samples and the hip hop tracks that used them.
