Derry professional boxer Connor 'The Kid' Coyle in a new no alcohol viral video campaign as part of Alcohol Awareness Week. The Derry addiction group HURT, with Pure Derry and the Bentley Group, is tackling "beer pressure", people being "sober curious" and how no and low alcohol drinks are being consumed more. Anna Curran joins a new walking group launched in Derry this week. Breastfeeding and perinatal services, or BAPS, where mums can walk and talk and share their own experiences, before finishing with a cuppa in a local hotel. The mayor officially launched the group on Monday, and Anna Curran joined the mums along Derry's quay for a chat. Strabane's "Music to Your Ears", a music group for older men, has evolved over the past 7 years into a friendship group to combat loneliness and isolation. All of them had never sung before. Now they perform concerts and even have a CD. Chef Shauna Froydenlund tastes Mark's lentil soup (and gives it the thumbs up) and talks about essentials so you don't have to spend a fortune on fresh veg and meat every week. And after the News at One in Twenty Minutes with Mark Patterson, Christopher Sherrard founded the Life After support group for people who have lost loved ones through road traffic collisions after his father died. He joins Mark, along with our resident GP Dr Joe McEvoy, to discuss a new campaign by the British Medical Association to lower the legal blood alcohol limit for drink driving in the UK, and we re-play Frank Rafferty's NHS poem on the national institution's 75th birthday.
