At the Traverse Theatre this week, in association with Lung Ha Theatre Company, Beth Westbrook’s new play Awareness will explore the complexities of posting on social media as a parent – and a daughter who no longer wants videos and photos about her childhood to be in the public domain. She joins Connie to discuss the play alongside Ian Alderman who shares the adventures he has with his wife and 9-year-old autistic daughter Eve online in his blog Our Spectrum Adventures.

Last week saw guidance lifted in Scottish care homes and healthcare settings about wearing masks. Our faces have been through a lot in the last few years when the world went online during the pandemic. But what are we missing out on when we hide away our faces?
