Raised in Arkansas, Matt Stell grew up listening to a mix of classic country, rock, blues and rap while he considered pursuing a career in basketball. Eventually his love of music proved to be irresistible and he began releasing songs around ten years ago. His breakthrough hit, Prayed For You, was released in 2018. But after a couple of quiet years during the pandemic, Matt is now well and truly back with a new EP and a live appearance at this year’s C2C Festival.
