Recent news reports that a Nigerian politician had been involved in an organ-trafficking plot shone a light on the difficulties some ethnic minority groups have when it comes to organ donation. There are various cultural, medical and religious reasons that make this a challenge for those who come from these communities. Bushra Riaz, Policy Lead in Scotland for Kidney Research UK and live organ donor Syma Shazad join Zara to give their perspective on the issues around accepting and donating organs and the role faith plays in those decisions.
