'Kitchen disco' queen Sophie Ellie-Bextor performs live for Radio 2 Piano Room Month 2023, including a very special Madonna cover.
Known for classic singles such as Take Me ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ and Murder on the Dancefloor, Sophie kept the nation entertained during lockdown with her 'Kitchen Disco' performances live streamed from her home. That spawned an album - 'Songs From The Kitchen Disco" - and a sellout tour.
Radio 2 Piano Room Month sees an abundance of world famous award-winning artists gather to perform exclusively with the ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Concert Orchestra, and each artist will be performing three tracks - a new song, one of their well-known tracks, and a classic cover version from another artist - with members of the ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Concert Orchestra accompanying.

Plus Actor Mark Bonnar chooses his Tracks Of My Years with Ken all this week.
Known for his roles as Duncan Hunter in Shetland, DCC Mike Dryden in Line of Duty and Chris in Catastrophe amongst others, Mark can currently be seen in The Rig on Amazon Prime alongside Martin Compston and Iain Glen. This summer Mark returns as Max in series 3 of the BAFTA award-winning Guilt on ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ 2, plus he'll be starring alongside Joaquin Phoenix in Ridley Scott's Napoleon biopic.
Marks next two choices are from Blondie and Big Country.
Ken's got another round of the legendary PopMaster music quiz and your dedications with today's love song. There's also the record and album of the week. If you want to contact the show, just email - ken.bruce@bbc.co.uk
