Dance champion and Strictly star Amy Dowden is on a mission to help people who鈥檇 love to dance, but have never done so, learn a spectacular routine to surprise family and friends. Amy becomes their personal dance coach, from choreographing and teaching a special routine to adding costume, hair and make-up, all for a showstopping performance no one will forget.

First to get Amy鈥檚 professional dance training is Sian, a grandmother-of-four who had her dreams crushed as a girl when she was told by everyone around her she鈥檇 never dance. Amy鈥檚 determined to change that with the help of some of her closest friends from her dancing life and career, plus a couple of specially chosen members of Sian鈥檚 close family who are allowed in on the big secret.

Once the music starts, Amy鈥檚 done all she can, and it鈥檚 Sian鈥檚 moment to step into the spotlight and realise her lifelong dream.
