In the final episode of the series, 脫lafur focuses on music that seeks to bring calm amidst the chaos with a selection of songs to help you escape the hectic stresses of this time of year. He shares music from Poppy Ackroyd, Voces8 and Nils Frahm, and reflects on the importance of tuning out the noise and the pressures of the everyday in order to claim back a moment of stillness for yourself.

Plus the photographer Benjamin Hardman transports us to his Safe Haven, the place where he feels the most calm, with recordings from the eruption of Icelandic volcano Meradalir where he spends a lot of his time - demonstrating the ultimate definition of calm amidst chaos.
