Following the Supreme Court ruling on the jurisidiction of another independence referendum in Scotland, the Scottish leaders of Labour and the Conservatives, Anas Sawar MSP and Douglas Ross MP MSP, debate its consequences with Kirsty Oswald MP, deputy leader of the SNP at Westminster.
