For any woman experiencing domestic abuse, it can be incredibly difficult to find the courage to leave the situation they find themselves in. But often for Black, Asian and minority ethnic women, there are specific challenges. Twitter user Halina Rifai and Dr Clare Llewellyn, Lecture in Governance, Technology, and Data at Edinburgh University discuss.
The World Cup in Qatar is the first time the tournament has been held in an Islamic country. Sunday is the final of ITV’s I’m a Celeb, but this series has not only seen celebs begging to be crowned King or Queen of the Jungle, but in certain case, looking for public redemption. Connie explores this with prison chaplain Rev Jill Clancy and Marina Cantacuzino, author of ‘Forgiveness: An Exploration’ and founder of The Forgiveness Project.
