Defra officials shared the revised plans on the post-Brexit farm payments for England with invited stakeholders at a meeting earlier this week. The Soil Association says it鈥檚 鈥渁larmed鈥� that Defra might be watering down ELMS and the Country Land and Business Association says it鈥檚 concerned that 鈥榰nhelpful rumours鈥� are damaging confidence in the schemes.
