In a special programme to mark the sad news of the death of Her Majesty the Queen, Radio 2 looks back at the Queen’s art collection. Although officially owned by the monarch, the collection was held in trust by the Queen as Sovereign for her successors and the nation.
Presented by Anneka Rice, this special programme looks at how Queen Elizabeth II transformed the display and care of the nation’s art collection more than any other monarch before her.
