Sara Dallin from Bananarama her Tracks Of My Years all this week.
40 years since they burst on to the music scene - going on to rack up 30 charts hits and a US number 1 - Bananarama are still going strong, and have just released their 12th album Masquerade.
Sara and bandmate Keren Woodward were childhood friends and schoolgirl punks, and forming Bananarama with Siobhan Fahey - who would leave in 1988 - they enjoyed global success with hits including 'Cruel Summer', 'Shy Boy', 'Robert De Niro's Waiting', 'Love in the First Degree' and 'I Heard a Rumour'.
Between albums Bananarama have built a reputation as a rousing live act who delight crowds everywhere from Glastonbury to Manchester Pride and the Singapore Grand Prix. This summer they've played festival shows at Kenwood House, Kew The Music, Rewind Scotland and 80s Party in the Park.
Sara's penultimate choices come from Beyonce and Lana Del Rey.
Plus Ken's got another round of the legendary PopMaster music quiz and your dedications with today's love song. There's also the record and album of the week. If you want to contact the show, just email - ken.bruce@bbc.co.uk
