Cost of Living Special: Are you wasting too much food?
With a third of all food around the world wasted, Deborah & Fliss find out how being savvier with our fridges and cupboards can help our finances and the planet.
In this week's Big Green Money Show, Dragons' Den's Deborah Meaden and 5 Live's Felicity Hannah find out about the scale of food waste in our homes, restaurants and businesses.
It's sparked by a question from listener Wade in Shropshire, answered by Helen White from the environmental organisation WRAP, who helps Deborah & Fliss find out all about food waste in our homes.
They then hear from the co-founder and CEO of Mexican restaurant chain Wahaca, Mark Selby, about the challenges around reducing food waste in restaurants.
Finally, they meet Alex Vlassopulos, co-founder of Kitche, a home food waste reduction app that can help us keep track of what's in our fridges and cupboards.
Tell us what you think, tell us what you do to try and cut down on food waste and talk about some of the issues raised by using the hashtag #GreenMoneyShow on Twitter. Or email the team at GreenMoney@bbc.co.uk.
