Farmer Rhian and her children take their sheep to be judged at the Mid-Somerset Show. Dairy farmer Fred is also returning to defend his championship title, so the pressure is on.

Rhian is a smallholder farmer, part-time vet and mother to two young children who have inherited her love of animals and farming. The Mid-Somerset Show is where she cut her teeth showing cattle when she was a child. Now she returns to the competition ring with her own coloured ryeland sheep, and best supporting husband Mark at her side. As judging ramps up and emotions run high, the kids step up to the occasion and style it out in the ring. Over in the cattle corner, dairy shorthorn farmer Fred is returning to defend his championship title, so the pressure is on to perform well. As the sixth-generation farmer in the family and determined to do the work on the farm himself, he is proud to see ten-year-old daughter Izzy following in his footsteps and taking home her own prizes from Show Day.
