Gary helps Ken Bruce kick start 'All Day Platinum Popmaster', where listeners take on platinum selling popstars to see who really knows the most about music trivia!

Heather Small will be playing at 7:30, and it's Claire Richards taking on another Radio 2 listener at 8:30.

Today, every hour on the half hour from 7.30am, the nation stops for an All Day Platinum PopMaster with Ken Bruce, culminating in the Grand Final during Scott Mills' show at 5.30pm. Being held for the third year, this special event sees platinum-selling popstars go up against listeners in the nation’s favourite pop quiz, with everyone fighting to be crowned the latest All Day PopMaster Champion. Whoever wins will follow in the footsteps of last year's winner Jenny Ryan - AKA The Vixen from TV's 'The Chase'.

Plus, Paul Hollywood is here to tell us all about his new cookbook 'Bake'. He says it's the "only baking book you'll ever need!"

Along with Anthony Birchley on news, Richie Anderson on travel and Mike Williams on sport, Gary and the team have the best start to your morning, with your messages, calls and voice notes.
