Indonesian cook and gardener Dina Watt takes us from garden fork to table fork. Dina grows to cook in her Banchory garden, creating tasty and innovative dishes with her homegrown produce and adding an Indonesian twist to her Scottish-grown crops. Dina also introduces us to the Maxwell Centre in the heart of Coldside, Dundee, where they teach the local children to grow, care for, harvest and then eat what they have grown.
