Step into Arlo鈥檚 inner world for an hour of music and musings on creativity, comfort and inspiration. She鈥檚 called it Dream Fuel - a scrapbook in sound of her favourite tracks, poems, personal voice notes, field recordings and special guests.

In this episode, Arlo shares tracks from Rosal铆a, Nick Hakim and Kaytranada, as well as some of her own poetry written on the tour bus about how it feels to be away from loved ones. Also, music producer and DJ Romil Hemnani joins Arlo for a musical exchange of favourite tracks, from OutKast to Erykah Badu. Romil is best known for being part of the hip hop collective Brockhampton who recently, after 12 years as a group, performed together for the final time - at Coachella 2022, before an indefinite hiatus. He tells Arlo which song he鈥檚 listened to every day since he was nine years old and how making music gives him an opportunity to tell stories and build worlds.

Arlo Parks is a London-born singer-songwriter and poet, who came onto the music scene back in 2019. Her debut album, Collapsed in Sunbeams, won the 2021 Mercury Prize, and in the same year she won Best New Artist at the Brit Awards.
