Actor Jill Halfpenny – star of Waterloo Road, EastEnders, Byker Grove and a former Strictly winner - picks her Tracks of My Years all this week. Born in Newcastle, Jill was just 14 when her first major acting role arose, appearing in Byker Grove as Nicola. She went on to play Rebecca Hopkins in Coronation Street, Kate Mitchell in EastEnders, and Izzie Redpath in Waterloo Road.

In 2004, Jill became the second celebrity ever to win Strictly Come Dancing, and Jill and her dancing partner Darren Bennett went on to win the 2008 Strictly Christmas Special as well. Most recently, Jill appeared in Channel 5’s new thriller ‘The Holiday’, which was based on the T.M. Logan novel of the same name. The four part drama follows Kate, whose life is transformed whilst on her dream family holiday when she discovers her husband is having an affair.

The next two tracks Jill has chosen come from Elton John and Donna Summer. Ken also has more of your love song dedications, plus another round of the PopMaster quiz. If you'd like to get in touch with the show email Ken.Bruce@bbc.co.uk"
