Kit Harington is in 'Henry V', James King chats rom-coms and Jay has the virtual quiz.
Kit Harington is on the show, chatting about his latest role in 'Henry V' It's at the Donmar Warehouse in London from 15th February. It's a modern-day staging of the Shakespeare play, that examines the corrupting influence of power and 鈥渓eadership in a time of crisis.鈥�
Ahead of Valentines Day, James King dials in to tell us all about rom-coms. His new show for Radio 2, 'Your Ultimate Rom Com' is on 麻豆约拍 Sounds now, or you can listen on Radio 2 at 9pm on Sunday.
Plus, Jay Flynn returns with another round of his Virtual Radio Quiz where he tests the team on their general knowledge to see who comes out on top.

Pause For Thought
Me and my family were jammy enough to escape to some warmer climes recently, enjoying a trip that had been planned in 2020, cancelled in 2021 before, (finally!) happening in 2022. We lapped up the joys of feeling sun on our faces and sand under our toes 鈥� made that bit more special given it was winter back home. It was my first time visiting the Caribbean and it was a holiday I鈥檓 treasuring the memories of already 鈥� the opportunity to clap eyes on such vibrantly painted buildings, spectacular sunsets and avocados quadruple the size of anything on our supermarket-shelves, often amidst the uplifting sounds of reggae or a steelpan band.听
听
The less aesthetically pleasing sights were brought to the island by us, as we are (how to put this) right in the eye of the weaning storm. Picture smears of rejected pure茅s and scatterings of half gnawed at teething biscuits; that was my little gang at every table we sat at. Try as we might to make sure our eight-month-old was clean-of-face for chats with friendly waiters and waitresses, we often failed but thank God we did, if only for a piece of unforgettable Antiguan wisdom imparted by a lovely lady called Anne-Marie. As she cooed over Teddy one lunchtime, I started apologising for the mess, dabbing at his cheeks with a napkin 鈥� but she cut in, with her infectious grin, saying: 鈥渘onsense 鈥� if you can鈥檛 love me when I鈥檓 dirty, you can鈥檛 love me when I鈥檓 clean.鈥澨�
听
We just adored that phrase and its stuck with us ever since 鈥� knowing the real depth of it spirals out from a highchair, to reach the crux of life. The presentable, palatable versions of ourselves might get social media likes going, but those who love us in our messier states 鈥� when our heads are all-a-scramble 鈥� demonstrate what I think is the best and most precious kind of love.听At our wedding, my aunt did a Bible reading from the book of Corinthians where St Paul describes love; 鈥淟ove is patient and kind鈥� it doesn鈥檛 envy or boast鈥� it isn鈥檛 irritable or resentful鈥� it hopes all things, endures all things.鈥� That perfect model of love has provided much inspo for me in the years since; especially latterly as I give being a patient, non-irritated, ready-to-endure spooner of purees and wiper of highchairs my best shot.听
