Janice Forsyth interviews comedian Adam Hills about his debut book for children, Rockstar Detectives.

She also speaks to headmistress-turned-crofter Helen Hart, whose story of making a new life on the Shetland island of Yell is told in the new series of Ben Fogle: New Lives in the Wild on Channel 5 tonight.

She also talks to poet, writer and educator AndrΓ©s N Ordorica about making a new life in Scotland, after living in Mexico, the US and Japan.
