As the preparation for the 24th Deaflympics take place in Rio de Janeiro, Deaflympics: Passing the Baton is a See Hear special that revisits the best moments and achievements of Team GB's athletes from across the years, as well as looking to the future of deaf sports and Britain in the Deaflympics.
