Cathy is joined by Alison Phipps, Professor of Languages and Intercultural Studies at the University of Glasgow, and Gurjit Singh Lalli to talk about how to build the strong connections and resilient communities we will need to see us through the pandemic and the challenges of 2022.
Pauline Scott of TIGERS, an organisation creating opportunities for young people facing barriers to employment, joins Cathy and Alison Phipps to share ideas on how to make workplaces more inclusive.
And 2022 has been designated Scotland’s Year of Stories; Cathy marks it with Donald Smith, director and founding member of the Scottish Storytelling Centre and the publisher and writer, Mairi Kidd.
