A service led by the Revd Dr Jennie Hurd, Chair of Synod Cymru of the Methodist Church.

On the first Sunday of a new year, we look back and look forward as 2022 begins. A new year is a time to take stock and perhaps make some resolutions for the year to come. In our service, Jennie Hurd gives us an insight into the Methodist Church's new year services and the Covenant Service in particular. It's a service of commitment to, and with God. Bible readings are taken from Ecclesiastes 3: verses 1- 15 and the Gospel according to St John, chapter 15 verses 1 - 10.

Hymns include 'Great is thy faithfulness', 'One more step along the world I go' and "Lord for the years'.
