Johnnie’s joined this week by top chef and author Rick Stein for a chat and some tunes.

As well as being one of Britain’s best-loved foodies, Rick adores Seventies music, particularly Classic Rock from the early part of the decade, and has some great tales to tell about bands and artists he saw back in the day. He’ll also be chatting about his latest book β€˜Rick Stein At ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ’, inspired by the old-fashioned family recipes that he found himself turning to during lockdown last year.

All the usual features are here too throughout the show, with our look at This Week In Music featuring Ian Dury, Gilbert O’Sullivan, and Rod Stewart. The latest addition to Johnnie’s Jukebox is a heartfelt 1974 No.1, and your choice of something that stood out from the rest of the chart hits at the time in our One Of A Kind slot is something rather odd from 1977.
