Today on Call You and Yours we are asking: What’s making you think twice about getting your jab?
The Joint Committee of Vaccinations and Immunisations says people aged forty to forty-nine should now be given booster jabs for Covid 19.
It's also recommending that teenagers aged sixteen and seventeen receive a second dose twelve weeks after their first. At the same time, members of the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation report that only about 15% of pregnant women in the UK have been fully vaccinated and thousands of care home staff now face losing their jobs and being forced to leave the sector as the deadline for mandatory COVID-19 vaccination has passed. What's stopping you from getting your jab and if you were hesitant but are now vaccinated what was it that made you change your mind?
We are keen to hear your experience. Email youandyours@bbc.co.uk and leave your number so we can contact you. From 11:00am on Tuesday 9th November, you can call us direct on 03700 100 444
