The Love Song and Ade Adepitan

Ade Adepitan - Paralympian turned broadcaster and Children In Need ambassador - chooses the Tracks of My Years ahead of Friday's TV extravaganza. Plus another thrilling PopMaster!

Ade Adepitan, Paralympic medallist turned broadcaster and Children In Need ambassador - chooses the Tracks of My Years ahead of Friday's TV extravaganza. Ade will join presenters Mel Giedroyc, Graham Norton, Chris Ramsey and Alex Scott, live from the studio in Salford to take viewers through a glittering evening of fun and fundraising.

The money raised through ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Children In Need’s 2021 Appeal will help support local charities and projects which are providing essential frontline help to children and young people in communities throughout the UK.

A regular co-host of the traditional TV show on Children In Need night, as part of this year's campaign Ade reflected on living with a disability and how support from the charity made a difference to his childhood. Ade said: β€œΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Children in Need put money towards one of my first basketball wheelchairs and it totally changed my life. I probably wouldn't have achieved half the things that I've done in my life if it wasn't for that chair and if it wasn't for ΒιΆΉΤΌΕΔ Children in Need. Together, we can help more children and young people across the UK realise their dreams.”

The next two tracks Ade has chosen come from Musical Youth and Eric B & Rakim. Ken also has the daily love song, record and album of the week plus another round of PopMaster. If you'd like to get in touch email Ken.Bruce@bbc.co.uk
