Call You and Yours: How has the pandemic changed your attitude to work?

On this edition of Call You & Yours we want to hear how the pandemic has changed your attitude to work.

Covid has had a big impact on the jobs market. There are currently record numbers of job vacancies in the UK.
Some of that is down to people who stopped working in the lockdowns and didn't go back, and some industries in particular are struggling such as hospitality and logistics.

Maybe the pandemic inspired you to change careers, or set up your own business. Or perhaps you decided to retire early or reduce your hours.
Research from the Work Foundation at Lancaster University has found that nearly 9 in 10 workers don’t want to return to pre-Covid working patterns. Some people have really enjoyed working from home and are reluctant to return to their workplace full time.

How has the pandemic changed your attitude to work? Email us - youandyours@bbc.co.uk and don't forget to leave a phone number, so we can contact you. From 11.00am on Tuesday 19th October, you can call us direct on 03700 100 444. [Standard geographic rates apply]
