Facebook, Google, Apple and Amazon, these tech titans wield enormous power over industry and consumers. They are the most valuable companies in the world, dominating our browsing, shopping and social lives. According Facebook boss Mark Zuckerberg himself, some are so powerful they can act "more like a government than a traditional company".
But governments and regulators are now pushing for new laws to curb their power or even break them up, asking if Big Tech is helping or hurting consumers and democracy.
We debate this with Sarah Miller, former policy advisor at US Treasury and Executive Director of the American Economic Liberties Project, and Gary Shapiro, President of the Consumer Technology Association, the US trade body representing thousands of tech firms. Also on the show - United Airlines Chief Executive Scott Kirby discusses the future of aviation and the airline's green ambitions.
