Gary Lineker presents highlights of Saturday’s seven top-flight games, including the blockbuster clash between European champions Chelsea and Premier League winners Manchester City.
It is a rematch of May’s Champions League final, which the Londoners won through Kai Havertz’s goal, meaning City’s wait to win Europe’s most prestigious club competition goes on. Since then, Pep Guardiola’s City have strengthened their star-studded squad with the acquisition of Jack Grealish for a British record £100m, while Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea spent £97.5m to recruit brilliant Belgian striker Romelu Lukaku.
Saturday’s other matches include Manchester United against Aston Villa and Liverpool’s trip to face newly promoted Brentford.
