Presenter and bee enthusiast Maddie Moate, and professional beekeeper Curtis Thompson, lead five kids on a beekeeping and honey-making adventure. The five wannabee keepers don their bee suits and open a beehive for the very first time. During their first Bee School, the beekeepers learn how bees see colour, and how it helps them find food. They also paint hives ahead of the arrival of their very own colony of honeybees. The winner of the first weekly challenge is revealed, receiving the first Golden Honeybee of the series.
