The Post Office has lost its contract with the Government, for handling Universal Credit and State Pensions. With Northern Ireland having a higher number of people than in Great Britain, who rely on the Post Office Care Account, Linda speaks to Kevin Higgins of Advice NI and Roy McGivern, Head of Commercial Services and Future Method of Payment Project from the Dept for Communities.

Linda hears from two listeners' with Amazon delivery and account queries; Richard who purchased a mobile phone that did not arrive, and Derek, who had his Amazon account history erased.

Listener Helen also came to On Your Behalf after changing her home insurance premium payment method, only to discover she had been wrongly billed for monthly payments.

Back To School with the experts; Aoife Hamilton of Employers for Childcare, and Patricia Mooney of the Northern Ireland Childminding Association look at help and grants available to cover the cost of school uniforms and the impact on child care as COVID restrictions ease.
