A new report says UK milk is produced with half of the global average carbon footprint. Caz Graham asks Alice Swift from Arla about how what their farmers are doing and this data was compiled. Caz also speaks to Mike Berners-Lee, an expert on carbon metrics, to find out why domestic milk production has lower emissions, and how it compares to plant-based alternative drinks. For harvest week Sarah Falkingham is in the East Riding of Yorkshire to bring in the wheat harvest with father and son team David and Richard Hinchliffe.
