The grouse shooting season gets underway today but there are concerns that because of the cold wet weather earlier this year there might be fewer birds than normal. Shoots are also coming under increasing scrutiny over environmental concerns - such as the illegal persecution of raptors like hen harriers and the controversial use of heather burning on some moorland. Caz Graham speaks to Christine Watson who is leading a project to move soil from a field which has served as a hundred-year old experiment. For forestry week Richard Baynes is in Scotland to meet a family planting trees on marginal land.
