City Living, Covid Vaccine Scams, Side Hustle Advice

Demand is rising again for renting in cities. According to the Rightmove website, falling rents in some city centres are drawing tenants back. Rents are down 16% year on year in Coventry city centre, 7% in the centre of Manchester and 5% in Birmingham and Leeds. We examine what will have changed about where people choose to live, once the pandemic subsides.
Fraudsters have been really active during the pandemic. They have been making the most of the fact that many of us have been at home, more isolated and with more time on our hands. New figures from a Freedom of Information request show that every single police force in the UK received reports of Covid vaccine related fraud in the last six months. More than a thousand people reported being conned out of a total of nearly Β£400,000. We have advice on what to look out for and how to stop it happening to you. If you come across a suspicious text or email you should report it. For a text, you can forward it to 7726. If you receive a dodgy email, you should send it to the suspicious email reporting service using: report@phishing.gov.uk
