Author and mental health guru Matt Haig will be on the show talking about his latest non-fiction, The Comfort Book, a collection of consolations learned in hard times and suggestions for making the bad days better.

Two University of Dundee graduates Ashling Larkin and Cat Laird tell Janice about their new comic venture that aims to challenge stereotypes surrounding careers in creative industries. The comic illustrates that there's more than one way to break into the field and to break stigmas and negative stereotypes attached to creative careers.
