John Lewis has joined a growing number of companies and organisations that are changing their paternity policies to offer more paid time off to new fathers. Currently only around a third of men take up the opportunity of sharing parental leave with their partner. We speak to Shadow Business Secretary Ed Miliband, who wants a big re-think of paternity leave.
