Join Bruce Springsteen for an hour of topical tunes direct from his home in New Jersey

We've all had to learn new things during the pandemic, and rock superstar Bruce Springsteen is no exception! Locked down at his home in new Jersey, alongside wife Patti Scialfa, he learnt to be a radio DJ, and now he's back on Radio 2 for a second series!

For this opening show, Bruce has gone back through his record collection to find an hour of tributes made by musicians about their audience - or "fans and bands!" as he puts it.

And what an eclectic mix it is - as well as big names like Tom Petty and the Boss himself, Bruce pulls out tunes from the likes of UK electro pop act Kish Mauve, 70s power popper Bram Tchaikovsky, folk rocker Teddy Thompson, Matthew Sweet and a whole lot more!
