A Very Special PopMaster!

Ahead of 'One Year Out: The PopMaster Story' on Sunday night, there's a rematch between the first ever contestants from February 1998. Plus Jenny Agutter's final Tracks Of My Years

Ahead of the documentary 'One Year Out: The PopMaster Story' on Sunday night, there's a rematch between the first ever contestants from February 1998.

Jenny Agutter - star of stage and screen - picks the Tracks of My Years. Jenny started her hugely successful career in films when she was 12 years old, appearing in 'East Of Sudan' alongside Sylvia Sims and 'Star' with Julie Andrews. The role that made her name was as Roberta Faraday (Bobby) in the TV series 'The Railway Children' in 1968 as well as in the 1970 film. She also appeared in the 2000 re-imaging of the film. At the age of 21 Jenny moved to Hollywood acquiring yet more critically acclaimed roles including 'Walkabout', 'Logan's Run' and 'An American Werewolf in London'. She eventually moved back to the UK in the nineties and continued to be highly sought after, appearing in shows such as 'Heartbeat', 'Spooks', 'The Alan Clark Diaries' and 'The All New Alexei Sayle Show'.

Her most recent role is as Sister Julienne in the BAFTA winning Â鶹ԼÅÄ TV Series 'Call The Midwife'. It was created for the small screen by Heidi Thomas and is based on the books by Jennifer Worth who was a nurse in the East End of London in the 1950's. It follows the lives of the midwives, nuns and nurses of Nonnatus House in east London's Poplar. Jenny is very much the centre of series 10 which finishes on Sunday with a further two seasons in the offing, securing its future for the next three years.

The final two tracks Jenny has chosen come from Dolly Parton and Alice Martineau. Ken also has the daily love song, record and album of the week plus another round of PopMaster. If you'd like to get in touch email Ken.Bruce@bbc.co.uk
