Debenhams closes it's doors after 250 years on the British high street and Londoners turn their backs on the flat share.
The British high street department store Debenhams closes it's doors for the final time this week. Sam Fenwick reports on what for many staff and customers was more than just a shop.
Demand for building materials is sky high right now and that means delays and prices rises for those after that dream extension, decked garden patio or roomy loft conversion. What's pushing up prices and what can you do if you have a building project in the pipeline?
And according to the site Spare Room, flat or house shares in London are down by nearly a quarter compared to the same time last year. It is all part of the great rental shakeup, apparently boosted by lockdown. Are we fed up with sharing or will it bounce back?
