The contestants welcome celebrity guest Tilly Ramsay to the restaurant, with only one member of each crew winning through to the semi-finals.
Allegra McEvedy and Fred Sirieix test out eight contestants to discover if they have the skills to run their own restaurant.
In this episode, the kitchen contestants struggle with their recycling-themed menu, and the service team experience some slip-ups as they look after celebrity guest Tilly Ramsay, with only one from each crew surviving to the semi-finals.
