Lieutenant Colonel Arnaud Beltrame, a gendarme, was killed three years ago by an ISIS gunman in a French supermarket after taking the place of a hostage. On the third anniversary of his death, The Reverend Dr Lucy Winkett tells his story with reflections from his widow Marielle Beltrame.
