Susan hatches a plan and Kate is determined to help.

Kate points out her advice and experience may be valuable to Phoebe when it comes to setting up a camping offer on rewilding land. Phoebe concedes she might be right; a chat might be useful at some point. Ah good, agrees Kate. She has a suggestion: treehouses. She invites herself to Pheobe’s meeting with Brian. Brian suggests the rewilders might want to consider Anguses rather than Longhorns for the scheme, but Phoebe insists Longhorns are more beneficial. Kate sticks her oar in, but Phoebe shuts her and her granddad down. They’re buying Longhorns. Kate returns to her treehouse idea. To Phoebe’s frustration Brian’s in favour. She stops them both – the commercial decisions are down to her and Rex.
Susan’s interested in core strength exercises. Lee offers suggestions, discreetly agreeing that a lot of people are keen to move some lockdown flab. Susan hastily emphasises it’s Neil as much as herself she’s asking for. Susan still thinks it’s a shame Neil’s resigned from the Parish Council. She notes he told Shula about it. Neil brushes it off. Susan breaks it to Neil that Lee’s coming round to work on core strength – with both of them. It’s possible Lee might think it’s mainly Neil who needs the exercises… Amused Neil gets it, and agrees to stick around. After the session Susan realises the size of the task – she asks Lee if there are any shortcuts to a toned body.
