Singer Louise Redknapp calls Alan to talk about her new book, You've Got This: And Other Things I Wish I Had Known. In more than two decades in the limelight, Louise has weathered her fair share of ups and downs and the book gives her honest perspective on the experiences that have shaped her. From dancing in her bedroom as a young girl with big dreams to getting a scholarship to Italia Conti and experiencing her first taste of musical success with Eternal, to navigating fertility struggles, motherhood and rediscovering her passion for performing.

TV presenter Kate Humble tells Alan about her new Channel 5 series, Kate Humble’s Coastal Walks, where she walks some of Britain’s most beautiful coastal paths. Her journey starts on the South West Coast Path and takes her to Yorkshire, Suffolk and Exmoor across the series.

Plus Jay Flynn returns with another round of his Virtual Radio Quiz where he tests the team on their general knowledge to see who comes out on top.
