Remote learning can accentuate the differences between haves and have nots. Time out of school can also mean a lack of decent food for the poorest and increase the risk of domestic violence against girls. Higher education has been thrown into disarray with those on the cusp of graduation entering an uncertain job market. How can we stop this cruel disruption to young lives becoming a global generational disaster?
