For years, there were predictions about what leaving the EU would do to the price of food. Now, just over a week after the end of the transition period, we've commissioned some data, to try and work out what's happening to prices in the supermarkets. We'll discuss that with Chris Elliot from the market analysts, Edge Ascential.

A year ago UK cinemas had just experienced its best year since the 1970s. There was a boom with films like the Avengers: Endgame and Toy Story 4 bringing in tens of billions of pounds at the box office. Last year that all changed as cinemas shut during lock down, films were delayed - like the latest James Bond, and some were released straight to streaming services. New figures from the UK cinema association show that the Box office revenue for UK cinemas in 2020 was 76 per cent down on 2019. We'll speak to the CEO of Vue International, Tim Richards.

And the price of dogs shot up this year because of increased demand. Now it seems that some people who bought dogs they now no longer want, are selling them on, rather than donating them to rescue centres. As we've reported here on You and Yours, some small dog re homing charities have no animals left. The UK's largest dog welfare charity, the Dogs Trust told us they've had a 43% reduction in calls from people wanting to handover dogs under a year old compared with last year. But if you look on online marketplace sites you'll see older pedigree dogs for sale for hundreds, sometimes thousands of pounds. We'll speak to the Dogs Trust and Jeanette who adopted a staffie last year.
