'Ken McClane' plus Michael BublΓ© chooses the Tracks of My Years

Michael BublΓ© chooses the Tracks of My Years in an interview first broadcast in 2011. There's the daily love song and another round of Champions League PopMaster.

Michael BublΓ©, Canadian singer songwriter, chooses the Tracks of My Years in an interview first broadcast in 2011. It came at the time he'd released his seventh studio album 'Christmas' which remains his most successful one to date with over 12 million copies sold worldwide. The album was re-released in November 2012 containing four additional tracks, including a new recording of "The Christmas Song" and a reworked version of "White Christmas" this time featuring Shania Twain.

Michael had his first big break in 2000 when Michael McSweeney, an aide to the former Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney, saw him perform at a business party and received a copy of Michael's self-financed independent album. McSweeney showed the album to Mulroney and his wife who subsequently invited him to sing at their daughter's wedding. There he was introduced to David Foster, a multi-Grammy Award-winning producer and record executive who previously had worked with artists such as Madonna, Whitney Houston, Celine Dion, Andrea Bocelli and Barbra Streisand. Michael has since sold over 40 million records worldwide and won numerous awards, including four Grammy Awards and multiple Juno Awards.

Michael's most recent album 'Love' was released in 2018 and debuted at number one in the UK making it his fourth chart-topping record on the UK Albums Chart.

The first two tracks Michael has chosen come from John Lennon & Yoko Ono and Eartha Kitt. Ken also has the daily love song, record and album of the week plus another round of Champions League PopMaster. Who will make it to the final on Christmas Eve?
