How M&S is coping with the massive demand for online deliveries this Christmas.
Why a fish has become some people's new best friend during lockdown.
Funding private healthcare.

Retailers have spent millions this year expanding website capacity to cope when coronavirus forced many shops to shut for almost six months of the year. We hear how M&S, which has the second largest online clothing business, is coping with massive demand this Christmas. We speak to Stephen Langford, director of E-commerce about the costs of up-scaling and the challenges of switching from being a traditional high street store to a bigger player in the online market.

We look at why some people are choosing a fish as their new best friend. During lockdown working from home has encouraged more people to take on pets. It's not just cats and dogs that have found new homes - keeping fish has also grown in popularity. We hear from 11-year-old fish keeper Neve Haines from Wokingham in Surrey. We also speak to Dick Mills from the Federation of British Aquatic Societies who's been keeping fish himself for around 60 years.

We report on how the coronavirus pandemic is driving more people to fund their own medical treatment rather than waiting to be seen on the NHS. Industry experts have told You and Yours that the "self-pay" market - where people pay to go private - is growing rapidly. One in four private patients is now self-funding rather than using traditional private medical insurance. We hear from one of our listeners about why he's decided to pay for treatment himself and we speak to Dr Victor Chua, a partner at Mansfield Advisors. an independent management consultancy specialising in healthcare.
